The information provided by the Defense NOTAM Subscription Service is primarily for US Navy Aviation capable ships.
This service is divided into 14 geographical regions in order to make searches more manageable for the user. It also limits NOTAM coverage to aerodromes located within approximately 120 nm from the coast and that have runway lengths of 8000 feet or greater.
Transmission of NOTAM information will no longer be sent to the unit via the Automatic Digital Network (AUTODIN). Units that have questions about the subscription service may contact the DOD NOTAM DIVISION Monday through Friday from 0700-1700 EST at DSN 994-4205/6/7 or 1-888-USNOTAM (1-888-876-6826) and ask to speak to a military coordinator. Units may also email the DOD NOTAM DIVISION at 7-awa-usns@faa.gov.
NOTE: If a location is not listed, units should obtain NOTAM information by other means and notify the NOTAMS office for inclusion.
