INCLUDE IN RMK/ FIELD THE HIGHEST ACCEPTABLE FLIGHT LEVEL WHICH CAN
BE MAINTAINED AT OAC ENTRY POINT.

PRIOR TO ENTERING THE SHANWICK OCA MUST INITIATE A LOGON TO EGGX
